Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PMCP Run ("Service"), a managed MCP server hosting platform operated by PMCP Run ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PMCP Run is a managed hosting platform for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service provides:

  • One-command MCP server deployment via the cargo-pmcp CLI
  • Automatic HTTPS endpoints and CloudFront distribution
  • Built-in OAuth authentication and authorization
  • Real-time monitoring and request metrics
  • Auto-scaling Lambda infrastructure with pay-per-use billing
  • Secrets management and encrypted environment variable injection

2. Account Registration

To use PMCP Run, you must create an account using AWS Cognito authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per user; account sharing is not permitted.

3. Server Deployments

PMCP Run hosts MCP server binaries you upload via the cargo-pmcp CLI or the admin dashboard. By deploying a server, you represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the server binary and its dependencies
  • Your server does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • You are responsible for the behavior and data handling of your deployed server
  • Revoking access by undeploying your server removes it from our infrastructure

4. Free Trial and Billing

PMCP Run offers a free tier for new users. During the free tier, you have access to the platform within the limits described on our pricing page, with no credit card required.

After the free tier limits:

  • A paid subscription is required to continue using the Service beyond free-tier limits, managed through Stripe
  • Pricing is usage-based: a combination of per-request fees and compute time, as described on the pricing page
  • Enterprise customers may subscribe through direct agreement

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Platform Use and Responsibilities

PMCP Run provides managed infrastructure only. You are responsible for the correctness, security, and compliance of your deployed MCP server code.

  • All MCP server logic runs under your control
  • We do not review or validate the behavior of your deployed server beyond platform safety checks
  • You should review all tool definitions and data-handling behavior of your server before deployment
  • Request metrics are available in the dashboard with up to 24-hour latency depending on CloudWatch aggregation

6. Data Handling

Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We store server configuration and billing metadata; we do not store MCP request payloads
  • All request traffic is handled statelessly and not persisted by our platform
  • Conversation history is managed by your AI assistant, not by us

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
  • Deploy server code designed to harm, deceive, or exploit end users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

8. Termination

You may undeploy your server and cancel your subscription at any time through the Service interface or CLI. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PMCP RUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Deployed MCP servers will be available with any guaranteed uptime beyond our SLA
  • Request metrics will be completely accurate or real-time

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
